APEX was founded 12 years ago by the Schulich class of 1998. The undergraduate business conference emerged with intentions to help students meet the demands of the competitive and constantly evolving business community. Delegates were drawn from across the globe by the conference’s unique focus on the development of necessary soft skills for aspiring business professionals. It conveyed an experience largely ignored in a classroom setting.
As the conference expanded, key relationships were formed between leaders of the industry, academia, and the corporate community. A diverse gathering of high calibre business leaders have presented keynote addresses and directed workshops for APEX delegates. APEX has experienced a consistent increase in the level of interest and involvement in the conference, and continues to move forward with inspiration and renewed passion.
